At Optim-Ed Professional Services we are dedicated to helping clients optimize their life. Optim-Ed aims to add value to clients by helping them to operate optimally in various spheres of their life. This is facilitated through services that lead to clients gaining understanding and insight in areas that will lead to growth or dealing with challenges and concerns that are impacting their wellbeing.
The services offered at Optim-Ed include:
Counselling: a helping relationship designed to guide clients to better understand problem situations, misused opportunities, and/or unused potential so as to prevent problems, develop human potential, and/or address critical concerns or difficult problem situations.
Coaching: helping people move from where they are to where they want to be, through thought provoking conversations that help them to navigate challenges and opportunities to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Educational: providing experiences that lead to change in knowledge, skills, behaviour, and or attitudes; and developing resources for educational purposes.
Services can be provided virtually or in-person.

Dr. Keshawna Salmon-Ferguson (a.k.a Dr. Kesh)

Dr. Kesh is committed to adding value to others through God-inspired words and actions. Her passion is for supporting and leading individuals and teams to discover, maximize, and work with their strengths while offering advanced strategies to achieve higher levels of performance and wellbeing as persons better understand themselves and are helped to deal with problem situations.
With postgraduate training in education and leadership, curriculum and instruction, counselling psychology, and more than 20 years’ experience working with adolescents and adults in education and counselling practice, she has developed competence in propelling people forward as she meets them at the point of their needs. She is also a member of the John Maxwell certified team, further equipping her to train, speak, and coach.
The desire to support others in achieving their full potential has inspired her to launch Optim-Ed Professional Services an organization that provides counselling, coaching, and educational services. She is also co-founder of the ARISE: Support and Empowerment Ministries, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ministers of Religion, their spouses, and children.
Dr. Kesh inspires audiences and has been credited with facilitating transformation in individuals, teams, families, churches, and various groups through her writing, teaching, counselling, captivating presentations, and workshop sessions. Her impact and reach is international, having been invited to address groups in Jamaica, Cayman Islands, USA, Canada and the UK.
